What game did you play? The game I played was called Battlefield 6 and it's a online multiplayer experience, centered around modern time warfare. What game genre does your game fall into? The genre that it falls under is FPS, shooter. Basically, a fast-paced game with guns. Research this game online and describe its community of players. Who plays this type of game?  The main type of community that this game offers is mostly males, from all ages and a lot of veterans like this game as well for its somewhat realism of certain maps or areas that are in the real world. Video games can be productive for parents??`

 In Hannah Boquet's Ted Talk "How Video Games Can Power Up Your Parenting" is about a mother making a connection with her children by doing stepping outside her comfort zone and bonding with her children on the game Fortnite. While she was confused on how the game even works and what was going on at first, she then found herself laughing with her kids and found herself amazed with her kid's teamwork and problem solving's. She learns that stepping into her children’s world fosters trust, communication, and emotional growth—not just for them, but for her as a parent. What did I learn? Video games, especially esports, can be powerful tools for bonding and teaching life skills like leadership, strategy, and empathy. They’re not just entertainment—they’re a gateway to meaningful relationships. What did I like best? Boquet’s honesty and humor stood out. Recent events and why I'm fearful

 Today September 10th, 2025, we just had a mass shooting in Colorado as well a political commentator by the name of Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at a rally. To be honest I used to watch him back in the 7th grade but as I got older, I stopped consuming his content. The reason I say I am fearful is not for my life but for our country's sake. To be assassinated at a harmless debate in front of your wife and kids is disgusting, now if he was a person who actually had power to change and effect American citizens it would make more sense even thought it would be just as wrong. I happened to see the video when it was first uploaded and to say I feel sick is an understatement, I pray to god that whoever did this is caught as soon as possible and that the person who did this doesn't fit the profile of someone who would hate the conservative party because I believe that this can be a start to a civil war in American further driving division between us.
